Just want to say Thank you again for a wonderful flower arrangement you delivered to my Mother-in law Annalouise Thompson on 4/6. I received a call and a few pictures of the arrangement and like she said they are gorgeous, and the arrangement is beautiful. I can't thank you enough. Like I said when i first spoke to you I always dealt with Enchanted Gardens. When there is ever an occasion where I need Flowers or an arrangement I will be calling you. And again thank you for your help with the roses on such short notice. I still hear about how beautiful they were. Thank you again for all your help

I accidentally gave my mom the wrong funeral home to send flowers to, and I didnt even realize it until the day of the funeral(I didnt even know two homes existed on Saxon blvd lol). I thought for sure it was too late, and that the flowers were destined to end up at the wrong place. I called my mom to apologize and asked her where she ordered from, so I could call and check to see if they had been sent out yet. After getting the name of your business, I called to explain what had happened. Come to find out, the owner (or representative) that answered the phone already figured out my mistake, even before I had, and already had arranged to have the flowers sent to the correct address! And she was sooo nice about it! I couldn\'t believe it! It was my error, and these people corrected it for me!!! If that\'s not fantastic customer service, I don\'t know what is! And to boot, the arrangement was spectacular!!
Very friendly, helpful people at this florist, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct. Beautiful arrangements!! Perfection! Will never order anywhere else!!
(When I told my mom about all of this, she simply said, \"That\'s because they\'re the best, I only order from them\").
